Yes! We provide free consultations to assess your needs and recommend the best solutions for your outdoor space.

We recommend seasonal maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent costly repairs.

It genuinely depends on the project — a single-sprinkler fix is different from a valve replacement or a system rework. As a rule of thumb: we have a trip charge of $100 that covers the first hour, plus parts. For anything bigger, we come out and give you a free estimate first, so you know the exact cost before any work begins.

Absolutely! We offer smart irrigation systems and drought-resistant landscaping solutions to conserve water while keeping your yard beautiful.

The timeline varies depending on the project size, but most installations take between one and three days.

We construct patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and more to enhance your outdoor living space.

If your sprinklers won’t turn off, do this first: at the controller, press OFF or Rain Delay. Still running? The problem is a stuck valve — water keeps flowing until that valve is closed manually.

Find the valve box (usually on the side of the house, or where the water comes into the house at the front or side) and turn off the specific irrigation valve, or close the irrigation main shut-off valve — you rarely need to shut off the main at the street. Full step-by-step guide: sprinklers won’t turn off — emergency shut-off steps.

A valve stuck on is usually debris or a worn diaphragm inside the valve. If it’s stuck on, flooding a zone, or you’d rather not dig: call (805) 390-7437 — you’ll get a same-day callback and we’ll schedule an arrival as soon as possible, and we can walk you through the shutoff by phone in the meantime. We handle stuck valve calls and valve replacement across the Conejo Valley. Sprinklers stuck on overnight can waste hundreds of gallons, so don’t wait on this one.

A brown lawn with the water on usually means coverage gaps, a broken sprinkler head, low pressure, or a clogged nozzle. A tune-up visit can fix the broken parts and improve sprinkler efficiency at the same time — most patchy lawns recover in a few weeks once coverage is even.

Yes — sprinkler controller install and sprinkler timer install are everyday work for us, including smart water saving sprinklers that adjust to the weather. We install and service Rachio 3 Pro, Hunter Hydrawise, and Rain Bird smart controllers. We also do complete drip installation: drip systems, drip irrigation, and drip sprinklers for planter beds, pots, and slopes.

Yes — drip irrigation is everyday work for us: low flow drip systems, drip sprinklers, and drip lines for planter beds, slopes, pots, and raised gardens. We install new drip systems, convert spray zones to low flow drip, and repair clogged or broken drip lines. Drip irrigation puts water right at the roots with almost no evaporation, so planting beds stay healthy on a fraction of the water.

Yes — we repair every kind of outdoor water leak, not just sprinklers: irrigation and drip-line leaks, underground yard leaks, and water main / service line leaks from the street to your house, all under CSLB License #949420 (Classification C36 – Plumbing). See our water leak repair page for signs to watch for and how we locate a leak before any digging starts. This covers outdoor water systems only — we do not repair roof leaks or interior plumbing.
